Mobile Fun acquires Playfect<\/strong><\/p>\n Mobile accessories retailer kickstarts distribution business through improved sourcing.<\/em><\/p>\n Birmingham, 10 February 2014. Mobile Fun, a global online retailer of mobile device accessories, has announced the acquisition of Playfect, a leading global manufacturer of mobile accessories and video game accessories.<\/p>\n Operating since 2008, Playfect has supplied large and mid-sized retailers, distributors and OEM brands in more than 30 countries.<\/p>\n As part of the deal with the previous owner Tool Interactive, Mobile Fun has acquired the Playfect brand, operations and assets, including www.playfect.com\/mobile<\/a> and www.playfect.com<\/a>. Mobile Fun now has an active global customer base of retailers and distributors as well as the opportunity to \u00a0develop own brand mobile accessories under the Playfect brand.<\/p>\n The China team is also a vital strategic asset for Mobile Fun\u2019s consumer business.
