DHL’s Next Day Delivery service is great because you get comprehensive live GPS tracking of your parcel all the way to your door and your order will arrive the next working day almost anywhere in the UK*, if you place your order before 6 PM Monday – Thursday (excludes Bank Holidays).

When you place an order and provide either your email address or mobile phone number you’ll receive up to date tracking information
This will give you a one-hour window that you can expect your delivery to arrive in, as well as links to get even more precise tracking. You’ll be able to see your driver’s progress through his or her route, and even track his or her location on a map. When your driver gets close and is 10 minutes away, you’ll get a notification to ensure that you’re in at the right time to receive your package.
If the time’s not convenient, you can use the link you received to request re-delivery on a different day, or to request that the package be left with a specific neighbor. This way, even if you’re out at the time you can rest easy that your package will be taken care of.

1. How much is DHL Next Day delivery?
The DPD Next Day service costs £6.99 per order. It’s a one-off charge per order, regardless of how many items you buy.
2. Where do DHL deliver?
DPD deliver throughout the UK. However, delivery can take longer in remote areas. Please see question 3 for more details.
3. When will I receive my delivery?
You will receive your parcel the next working day if you place your order by 6pm Monday – Thursday (excluding bank holidays).*

4. How do I track my parcel?
You will receive a tracking number and a tracking link on your Mobile Fun dispatch email. Simply follow the link for latest updates on your parcel.
5. What if there is no one in to sign for a delivery?
You’re spoilt for choice! You can change the delivery date, arrange to leave your parcel somewhere safe at the delivery address, deliver it to your neighbour, drop it off at one of 3,500 Service Points which are based in your local convience stores, or go to the local DHL depot to pick it up.
6. Do DPD deliver on Bank Holidays?
No, DPD do not deliver on UK Bank Holidays.
