The Samsung B2100 Solid Extreme is the new and improved replacement to the M110 Solid.

The Samsung B2100 Solid Extreme Corps is made of durable plastic and a polyurethane side surface which protects it from strikes in a fall. In addition to strength, beacause it's a heavy duty phone, it comes with IP57 certification, which is for dust and water splash resistance. Durability – roll in the sand and jump into the water! 5 = Dust & sand resistant, 7 = Fully waterproof up to 1m immersion.

The Solid Extreme is equipped with all the basic functions necessary to modern telephone: bright screen, a choice of decoration, a 1.3 megapixel camera, mobile internet access, customizable hotkeys, FM-radio, audio and video player, 10 MB of memory and built support card formats microSD.

The Samsung B2100 Solid Extreme is a quad-band GSM device with UMTS support with video calls (thanks to the front-facing secondary camera). The B2100 Solid Extreme also has a 1.7-inch TFT display with a resolution of 176 x 220 pixels and a 1.3 megapixel fixed focus camera. Overall it's a really nice package that has some nice looks despite its ruggedized exterior.

Designed for durability, the Samsung B2100 Solid Extreme features a specially hardened casing to protect against knocks and scraps. Featuring rubber keys designed to resist dirt and dedicated port covers to keep charger and headset connectors safe. A waterproof membrane protects external volume controls.
