Love it!

Love the Desire, 2 iPhone owning mates are envious! Love the apps, the screen is bright and clear even in bright daylight, much better than my Samsung wave. Service was excellent, ordered 3pm arrived 11:30 am next day!!!

What a fantastic phone! Worth every penny!

I was very wary about spending so much money on a handset, having previously waited until my netowrk provider gave me a "free" upgrade. When I saw this phone I just had to have it. So I dipped into some savings, and I've had this phone for a week now. Worth every penny. (Oh and it needs mentioning; again Mobilefun's delivery service was first rate. Ordered at 10am on the Monday, and it was in my hot little hands exactly 24 hours later. Well done!) This phone is a joy to use. You hardly need to read through the 200+ page manual. Everything is so well laid out and intuitive. It responds well, the screen is fantastic, the typing seems to know what you are trying to say regardless of how many keys you miss, and then of course there is the Android market place. Everytime you think, "wouldn't it be good if the phone could do this", go to market place and chances are there is a free app that do what you want and will add yet more strings to it's bow. I have yet to find any real fault with it. Some reviews pick up on the battery life being poor. I think this is unfair as if you want a nice large screen, plenty of toys, and a processor good enough to whizz it all along, then the battery is going to have a lot to cope with. It charges off the standard micro usb cable so you are never far from a charging point. Make sure you have a cable for work, home and your car and there's no problems. And as mentioned above, go to the market place and there are apps that warn you if the level drops to low levels and can even switch off specified features to save power if/when levels get low. The only minor quibble I have is that you can only install apps to the phones internal memory, not the SD card. I have yet to run out of space with dozens of apps already installed, but I feel this is something HTC missed as my Nokia 5800 (a quarter of the price) could do it no problem. Maybe it will be remedied on a future update. You will not be dissappointed with this cracking piece of kit. Spend with confidence!
