sooo useful
used this to transfer my numbers from my old phone to the new, was much easier than using bluetooth or infrared, and faster.

Description of the discontinued Mobile Fun SIM Backup:
Mobile Fun SIM backup, easy-to-use SIM card backup device. A practical item for all mobile phone users, makes a great gift or personal gadget for those reliant on their mobile phone.
Whether your mobile is lost, replaced or stolen, renewing your SIM card is a simple two step process, allowing personal transfer of data from one SIM card to another or to a backup copy. With a brushed metal finish and chromed buttons make it the perfect accessory for any mobile.
Features:
- Memory: 8KB (250 Phone Records Storage)
- LCD-Screen for Viewing Menu and Backup Progress.
- Device Independent, No PC or PDA Required.
*Note: Not compatible with SIM cards from the "3" network.
How to back up your phone book:
- Disable PIN protection on your SIM card using your handset,
- Insert your SIM with the gold chip facing up, as shown above,
- Press "Enter" to turn SIM reader on, after a few seconds "Ready" will be displayed on the screen
- Press "Menu/ESC" once to select Backup
- Press "Enter" twice to begin the backup, the LCD will show a rotating line, indicating that back up is in progress.
- Once complete the screen will display Backup, Ready & Complete.
- Remove your SIM card.
How to restore your phone book:
- Disable PIN protection on your SIM card using your handset,

- Press "Menu/ESC" twice to select Restore,
- Press "Enter" twice to begin the restoration process, the LCD will show a rotating line, indicating that restore is in progress,
- Once complete the screen will display Restore, Ready & Complete.
- Remove your SIM card.
