What’s It For? 8-megapixel camera phone with touchscreen
What We Think?

A competent camera phone with some cool tricks

We like

8-megapixel camera; HSDPA; Wi-Fi; GPS

We don’t like

Xenon flash could be brighter; lack of 3.5mm headphone jack

Accessories Micro SD memory card
CNET.co.uk judgement

At a time when so many touchscreen handsets are entering the market it's difficult to figure out which one to buy. Depending on your needs, we think the LG Renoir has one of the best cameras for a touchscreen phone and it's great that it supports DivX too. We think there's room for improvement in other areas of the phone, though

Pros 8 megapixel camera with flash. Great video playback
Cons Touchscreen sometimes uncertain. No 3.5mm headphone jack. Not super slim
Stuff Says A great camera and strong feature arsenal can’t quite overcome the Renoir’s touchscreen issues
