Although it has 3 products i'll never use (as the case comes with the belt clip and is better than the one supplied in this pack) the arm band is good and would come in handy at the gym or out running. The cycle mount is mainly why I brought this, it fits most handle bars and is stong and sturdy, a definite must buy.

krusell sport pack (cycle mount)
Handy bit of kit especially the bicycle phone holder as once its in, it aint coming out unless you hit something or you take it out and I reckon you could use it on a motorcycle as well just depends if the clip on the back of the phone case is up to it. It was nice to find that the holder is made of metal so is nice and strong. Recommended.
