We use a selection of different packaging materials to ensure that orders are received efficiently and safely. All packaging is free of metal and noxious/hazardous components.

We do our best to use minimal packaging but we always keep in mind that our customers deserve to have their products arrive in first class condition.

Our selection of packaging depends on the exact nature of each order and we have a large range of options from 'jiffy' bags to plastic mail bags and boxes for bulkier items.
In the event the appropriate size packaging is not available, we select the next size packing available

We often recycle packaging materials and the reasons for this are shown below:

By recycling packaging, in particular spacing and padding materials we cut down on the waste we produce - this means less landfill waste.
For the same reasons where possible, we re-use selected packaging received by our suppliers and product manufacturers
