How can I track my order?
There are two ways you can track your order with us.
1. Click on the Home tab and click on “Where’s my order?” on the top right of the home page. Enter you email address and order number which would have been provided to you by a Customer Relations Executive or a confirmation email which would have been sent to you when the order was placed.
2. If you have selected Royal Mail Special Delivery then a Royal Mail tracking number would have been emailed to you. You can enter the 13 digit number on www.royalmail.com under Track and Trace. This will show if the item has been delivered and if they are any delays within the Royal Mail network.
