The suction cup can be affixed to either the windscreen or dashboard with this holder, it features a fully rotating head which allows this to happen. If fixing to the dashboard, a mounting plate has been included for increased stability and grip. 

Can be used horizontally or vertically

The holder can be used both horizontally or vertically, making it easy for you to find a comfortable angle whilst driving.
