You get what you pay for

Forget all of the other products. If you want the best car dock for your phone, this is the phone to buy. Set up is very easy and the suction fixing to the windscreen is very secure. Be aware, it is quite large, but then it is for a large phone. I like the way it uses the three pin connector on the side of the phone, both charging the phone and telling it that it is in the cradle and sorting out the orientation. SGN owners will know that the homescreen does not normally display in landscape, but the phone does in this dock. There is also a 3.5mm port so that you can connect it to your car hi-fi system. Yes, it is very expensive, but it delivers all of the functionality you will want.
