Encourages exercise through fun and comparable interactivity
Get a kick out of fitness with the Fitbit Flex. It tracks your steps, distance, calories burned and syncs these stats to your computer and select smartphones. In doing so, it celebrates how much more you do each day.
Flex encourages you to set goals, challenge friends and go farther - one step at time. That's how you turn everyday life in to a social, achievable, awesome path to fitness.
Helps you monitor your sleep patterns
The Flex doesn’t nap, even when you do. Slip it into your wrist band at night and it will measure your sleep cycle. Once the data syncs, graphs on your dashboard will reveal how long you slept and the number of times you woke up, giving you a sleep quality score. Over time, you can apply what you learn to help you sleep more soundly. The Fitbit Flex also features a silent wake alarm, that gently vibrates to wake you up at your desired time, without disturbing your partner.
Log activities, meals and more
Log your food, water, workouts, weight and more using Fitbit’s online tools. If you’re on the move, use the mobile app to do the same. Fitbit's expansive database covers food and activities, which makes logging your info quick and easy. Create a 'Food Plan' to eat smarter. Log an infinite number of activities from walking the dog to swimming laps. Before you know it, you’ll have a complete picture of your progress.
Syncs activity information wirelessly & automatically
The Fitbit Flex automatically syncs your information to PCs, Macs, the iPhone 4S+, iPod touch 5G and the 3rd generation iPad and above. That means no buttons to push, no data to enter. Just real-time access to your stats and the Fitbit dashboard, 24/7. You can even register and pair your Fitbit devices via select smartphones – including certain Androids platforms.
Compatible with iOS and Android platforms as well as supporting use with popular fitness apps*
You can export your Fitbit data to several popular fitness apps. Some of them – including SparkPeople, Lose It!, MyFitnessPal, and MapMyFITNESS – let you import their data into Fitbit’s dashboard, so you can track and understand your health in either app.
*PLEASE NOTE: Fitbit is the first connected device to offer both Bluetooth 4.0 syncing to select iOS and Android devices. Syncing is available on all iOS devices after the iPhone 4S. For Android, while many phones have a Bluetooth 4.0 chip, not all are able to be accessed by apps like Fitbit. Fitbit is working closely with phone manufacturers to try to develop syncing capabilities for more phones. Please check here to see the latest devices with sync support.
