Go for it

Excellent for the money, great case (which I didn't think I needed until I tried), sturdy holder, phone charger not the best however.. has now broken on the part which goes into the phone as I tried to make it curve against the dash and it's too hard and brittle and broke. Allover excellent value for money (it's my fault I broke the charger, what do expect for twenty quid?)

HTC Desire car pack

Having received my new phone, I quickly realised I needed something like this; and a quick trawl of the internet threw up this at a third of the price of the official accessory pack. I've had it for 2 days now and the holder is rock solid on my windscreen - so solid I could swing from it! It is adjustable any which way, so it's not difficult to get my phone in the right position. Previous reviews on this site gave me a good idea of what to expect so I wasn't disappointed. On the downside, the charger cable feels short as it is slightly stretched when used in my Mondeo; so far no problems but I keep thinking that it may pop out at any time - though this hasn't happened yet. Previous reviews have noted that the case covers the volume and power controls: I have tended to press the buttons through the case and they still respond so this hasn't been an issue for me. For £20, I would say it definitiely worth it.
