Lifeproof’s Nuud case is one of the best waterproof cases on the market, and a new version is on the way soon for the iPhone 6S and 6S Plus. Most iPhone 6 cases will fit the 6S as the difference in thickness is only 0.2mm, but because the Nuud case fits so exactly, new versions were needed for the S models.
If you haven’t seen the Nuud before, here’s a quick primer. The Nuud has four levels of protection, designed to resist water, dirt, snow and drops. A redundant seal around the screen is capable of resisting water at depths of two metres for up to an hour, while the rigid exoskeleton is capable of protecting your phone against drops onto concrete from a height of two metres.
While there are a few cases around that offer similar levels of protection, the Lifeproof Nuud is one of the slimmest options available. If you’re looking to lead an ‘active, no-limits lifestyle’, then Lifeproof’s offering makes a lot of sense.
