We&#039;ve not been able to test a 3GS yet with these. We&#039;re camping outside O2 tonight to get our hands on an iPhone 4 tomorrow, so will be able to test them then. There&#039;s no reason why they wouldn&#039;t work, but there are bound to be a few bugs in iOS4.

Have you deleted the pairing, reset the phone and then paired it up again? Sounds odd, but this can often fix this kind of bug after a software update.
