Release Date Calendar updated for December

It’s the start of a another new month, so I’ve just updated our release dates calendar to show the main handsets due out in the last few weeks before Christmas and the New Year.

November saw the release of a few new handsets but with Christmas fast approaching, most manufacturers hold back on releasing new phones and concentrate on their current best sellers. Having said that, we’ve still got a number of great new handsets in the pipeline.

Nokia

Nokia N900

Nokia will be expanding their N-Series range with the N900. The N900 runs a completely new operating system and is Nokia’s latest attempt to conquer the touchscreen market.

We also have a provisional release date for the new 6700 Slide and 7230.

Sony Ericsson

Sony Ericsson T707

With the Satio now on sale, there’s not much due from Sony Ericsson, although the long awaited C901 and T707 will finally be making an appearance

Samsung

Samsung S7070 Diva

Samsung are expanding their range again with the introduction of the Diva range – fashion handsets for the ladies that don’t compromise on features.

Acer

Acer neoTouch

Acer are fairly new to the mobile phone scene, but have two touch screen smart phones due in the next few weeks – the neoTouch and the Liquid.
