I have just been given an ‘Orange Barcelona’ as a work phone but cannot get it paired and connected to my Parrot CK 3000 Evolution. My phone tells me it is paired but does not complete the connection. can anyone help me please as it is my own hands free kit.

my samsung galaxy s2 is not finding parrot in bluetooth at all, infact i treid 3 different phones and none find it. i made sure parrot has got visibility but nowt happens. dunt know what to do

I have htc p4350 I can not pair it with car kit parrot bluetooth v5.10c. it prompt passcode however after entering 1234 it prompt the message such as failure to connect or wrong passcode.

kindly provide me with the guide to set it because I am not prepared to buy a new phone to use in a car.

The name of the carkit on the search may change depending on the software version that the car kit is running. If you're having problems pairing the Omnia to the kit, you may need to update the software on the car kit - the latest version for the evolution is v5.20c. Instructions on how to download the latest software can be found here: Parrot Updates or on the Parrot Website

I have tried to use your methond for connecting my sgh i900 on the ck evolution, it does pick up the parrot bluetooth, but not as Parrot EVOL, rather Parrot v5.0c, when i do enter the passcode on the sgh i900 (omnia), and click next, it gives a failed to connect and incorrect password error. Also when clicking next on the omina after typing password, the omnia deletes the passwords???, please help
