You forgot to mention that the SE is somewhat buggy as some users in various online forums have noted that they can NEVER get the software to work so they’re Stuck with OLD firmware unless they send in their phones to SE for updates IF SE allows it under any existing warranty remaining!

Also, the SE update software is somewhat .. convulated… aggravating … to use since it requires users to HOLD a button on the phone while updating!

Why can’t SE make an update software that will NOT require users touching their phone but just recognize the phone via modem cable then find any existing updates (similar to iTunes’ update)?

Alas, SE doesn’t care about users or else the software would have been made easier to use!

PLEASE PLEASE MAKE THE SOFTWARE EASY TO UPDATE!!!
Neither the SEUS or FOTA work properly.

Please check this.

Please also conduct a thorough market research programme/project. The rest of the functions are excellent, and I wish you all the best Sony.
