Good Quality Product

It was a choice between this HS-500 and a Jawbone prime for me and i'm very pleased that i picked this unit. Very comfortable to wear and lightweight so you forget its in your ear, comes with 4x ear buds and 2x ear hooks so everyone should find a good fit that suits them best. Have been using for about a week now, very clear call quality from the headset with good volume, everyone i have asked said that the call quality was also very good from there end and they could not tell i had the car window down until you reach motorway speeds. Works perfect with my Blackberry 8900, my old headset used to have a few seconds delay when answering a call before the caller could hear me speak but this unit is instant as soon as you pick up the call. Batt life seems good also, 1 week in and still on its 1st charge but not a problem as it comes with its own car charger. Highly recommend
