not totally user friendly
I bought this as a replacement cradle having just changed my phone, it is irritating to have then buy a cable to make the phone work with the cable. The top of the cradle covers the mini usb port required to connect the cable to the cradle. So if you have a Samsung Galaxy Ace perhaps this is not the right cradle for you.

Awesome
Bought my car and it had a dock for this item fitted. Was very easy to install and went for bluetooth to futureproof it. Works very well, very easy to use. Very highly recommended.

Great Product
I have been fed up with changing the cradle everytime I change handset. Now I don't need to, as long as the phone I buy has Bluetooth, I can keep this and just buy the correct charging lead. I use it with a Blackberry Pearl and one of the buttons on the cradle acts as a voice dialling button, so I press the button and say "call dad mobile" and away it goes. Now that's a great handsfree kit.

K750i issues
It's a great product, shame my Sony Ericsson K750i Bluetooth is not so good, it will not maintin a connection with the cradle but my wifes T610 will - so I'm changing the phone to dunno what yet.
