Rubbish
Had two of these and both were mono and fell apart. Not recommended in the slightest.

Great mechanism, rubbish sound
The idea of this product is fab - and the mechanism worked really well for me, but the sound quality has been compromised where the wire needs to be so thin to work on the reel. Found that most background sound in songs is inaudible, or sounds very, very far away and under water. Have done a before and after test with a friend's original S.Erricsson adapter, and the difference is amazing. It's a shame.

Prone to retrct
This suited my particular needs nicely, but its tendancy to retract and wind itself away might make it annoying for use on-the-go.

Works well - care needed.
It's ideal. The secret of these type of 'retractables' is to extend and retract by holding the two ends one in each hand. That seems to work well with other similar things I have. Nice to have it offered for the phone in this form.

In fact so great i ordered another one only to be sent a non-retractable version which defeats the purpose a bit. The retracting mechanism is brilliant but flimsy and so be careful. Not for the heavy handed. Hint - DONT hold the middle bit, just attach one end and ONLY pull the other end with one hand. This way it will work great.

Not long lasting
I have bought two of these and each one has lasted a month after using for commute to work - mobile fun used to sell a different version which was much longer lasting (around a year) and was slightly smaller. When it does work it does the job.
