Does the job, within the limitations of the radio
Promptly delivered, and works satisfactorily, to the extent that the radio itself does on my 5140 (not at my desk at work, grr, but OK in the canteen). I was disconcerted at first by lots of crackling, which disappeared when I switched the radio to mono output.

Works well good value, but better to go for the version with the mic so you can also use it as a hands free headset whilst using your headphones!
