2.5mm to 3.5mm Stereo Adapter
It works really well now after some customisation, at first it wouldnyt fit and only gave mono sound but after removing some of the plastic from the pin it works fine and is now stereo.

Good After Modification
Out the box this product has a sleeve around the 2.5mm jack making it shorter than it should be. This results in it not staying in place and only getting the left channel of audio.
I cut the sleeve down to the base and smoothed it off giving me about 3-4mm extra length on the jack. This means the item now fits super snug and enough of the jack goes in to give me stereo sound.
