I purchased a Jawbone UP in Late July this year, it worked fine for the first five weeks providing great motivation to get more exercise . In early September it ceased to function so I contacted customer services for help, they proved to be courteous and obliging but unfortunately they had no stock for replacement. I waited for some five weeks until they were able to provide a replacement, during this time they refunded my return postage and kept me informed as to there progress. The product was replaced in early October, my experience was unfortunate but I would have no problem dealing with Mobile Fun in the future, they have given me confidence that should I need support they will provide it.
