i have one but i have to hold the back peice to the phone if not it will fall off.

excellent device
my fiance is in a wheelchair, but also drives a car, and for those reasons obviously needs a hands free reliable component. And this certainly is an excellent one.

I have one of these and I am ordering one for my wife. This is a very simple and effective piece of kit. All you do is plug it into your cigar lighter socket and then into your phone, set your phone to auto answer, that's it. When you receive a call, it rings twice then answers, you just talk and listen; you don’t have to touch it, nice and legal. Oh yes, it charges your phone too. No installation, take it from car to car. Top item.
