Genuine Samsung Galaxy Note Vehicle Dock - ECS-K1E1BEGSTD

If you're contemplating a Vehicle Dock for your Samsung Galaxy Note, look no further. The quality of manufacture of this dock is amazing. We've all owned docks in the past and usually found them wanting (especially the universal items), forget your past experiences. BUY THIS!

This car docking station is great - it acts as a charging station for the Note, and the phone recognises this and automatically puts itself into Driving mode when you put it in. It's solidly made, looks good, has an excellent windscreen sucker pad and is easy to use. Only down side is as noted in one of the other reviews, if you have one of the genuine Samsung cases (the one with the flip front and the replacement back for the phone) it fouls the clips by about 3 mm. This was fairly easy to sort out with a Stanley knife, in a way that doesn't obviously show, and avoids damaging the phone and case. It still grips the phone perfectly soundly. Shame Samsung don't make it compatible from the word go. Other than this it's a great product. OK it's more expensive than universal units, but it's a nice quality look and feel, and the built in charging point makes it so much easier to use. And the Note is great in the Car - the large display makes it a great SatNav.

This is a quality product in terms of its function and looks. The phone slides in and removes easily, it sticks to the screen and its manoeuvrable. What I didn't realise is that the phone senses its in a vehicle dock and adjusts e.g. goes automatically to speaker for an incoming call. Can't fault the item.

Since the Note is so large, I decided to find a dock. Having looked at the types available, decided, although pricey, to go with the Samsung own-make dock for the Note. Good decision! It hasn,t moved on the windscreen, it holds the phone very securely. Can be a bit fiddly to pop the phone back out, but worth it for the secure positioning. I had read other reviews that weren.t keen on the charging cable as it got in the way, Ihad no such trouble, maybe it,s the layout of my pickups dash but it doesn't cause me any hassle

I love the Orange flip cover and the car holders is very well made with excellent suction cup. The flip cover fits perfectly and feels very nice the hand and it gives the screen and bit of added protection. The car holder is also a very good product but when you try to use the the two products together that is when you get a few problems. I looked at the shape of the flip cover to see if it would work with the car holder and the hinge does give the impression that the car holder will work but the hinge fabric is three or four milemetres to long so that when you put it in the holder the hinge of the flip cover gets crushed a little. It makes it a little bit unsightly but it still works fine. With the flip cover on the device does fit very tightly so it's not fast to get it in or out. Not 100% perfect but good

really impressed with this car holder. Had for 1 month and still fantastic. Pros. Secure phone fitting, good charger, not fallen off window ever in cold, good adjustments for phone angle, seamless car mode phone interaction when placed in craddle.. Cons. Charger lead would be better if it was strechy rather than a straight lead sometimes gets in way of radio buttons or hangs in front of legs when craddle on drivers window. In all its fantastic would certainly recommend. I use this on the windscreen of my car and the drivers door window of my ford transit. Would recommend a small cloth to dry if you put on drivers door window as rain water will get it wet.

Very handy. Specially designed for the galaxy note! After struggling with other so-called universal mobile car holders, I am so happy to be able to use my galaxy note while I am travelling! Would give it 5 stars if while in landscape position locking system could be more secure... But still very happy with the product!

Although this cradle was just shy of £40 I was very pleased with it, the phone fits perfectly having been designed specifically for the Note. The sucker is powerful and has not fallen off the windscreen yet it provides a great platform when using the SatNav function in the car. If you own a Samsung Galaxy Note and don't want a substandard cradle then get this one, I could not find anything better for the Note.
