Delivery was quick the price from MobileFun was the best around. The phone offers a large clear screen with 3 actual buttons which i prefer to the `all screen` types. It`s quick and responsive but it`s sleek, almost slippery feel can make taking photos tricky. Five screens gives plenty of widget space. Overall very happy but expect to charge it frequently, as with all smart phones. I have no hesitation in saying, the Arc S, is a superb phone for the price.

The phone is very light, and the screen is a thing of beauty. However, it feels rather fragile and creaky. The shiny silver strips down the side actually make the phone slightly slippery to hold. Contrary to various reviews, the camera still sucks compared to even a basic compact, but a lot better than the camera in my HTC Desire S. Ergonomically, the volume and power buttons are too small, and having three real physical buttons for navigation etc is inferior to having touch sensitive "buttons", and feels a little old fashioned. The phone is fast, despite a single core processor, and battery life is good for a phone of this size and power. At under £300, this is good value.

The handset is brilliant. A screen protector is included in the delivery, which is appreciated. However the very downside is that I have been spending a month to contact with the customer services in order to get the handset despatched! The process is a bit annoying to be honest! But still the customer service is good!

THE PHONE IS A++, & so is this online mobile shop - MOBILEFUN. A bit expensive on delivery but very genuine, friendly cusomer service.

A MUST HAVE FOR A SONY E USER OR FAN - An excellent phone at the price offered from this company. On a few sites you can get it cheaper but then you compromise on the quality of the phone or accessories. Memory card was included with the phone. I was also given a screen protector which can cost approx £5. The phone is super stylish n light weight in comparision to other smartphone.

Bought this phone after many days of deciding between SE arc s and Samsung Galaxy S2. Im so glad i went for the Sony as it's a brilliant and easy device to use. From the sleek looks to the way it smoothly operates its gives you a feel good factor when using it. Facebook works very well within the phone software and all the apps installed work smoothly. Camera takes some great shots too. Battery life like any device like this suffers with heavy use but if you turn off wifi when not using it and the brightness to halfway it really improves the length of time between charges. Sony have put together a really good device and you wont be disappointed.
