I received my order and much to my surprise , there were no clear instructions how to fit the product to my bike.Once fitted I was suprised to find the krusell fitting on the phone which attaches to the holder will rotate freely.this does not make me feel to secure as the fitting appears to lock by a small lip, under the holder locking pressure.With the leverage available on a mobile phone, i would wont to watch my phone if travelling on rough road or track in fear of losing my phone, instead of watching the phone.I will have to fastened my phone with a rubber band to the krusell holder to give me more security?

I use it with the Krusell Phoneholdic Kit (self-adhesive) - and it's great! Simple, sleek and yet sturdy. I've tried a couple of other holders and they where rubbish - bulky plastic toys that need rubber bands and zip ties to even hold together. The only tiny minus comes from the total lack of instructions and Krusell's poor packaging.

In purchased one of these for each of my two bikes this week as I loved the Krussell case for my Nokia 6210 Navigator. I fitted one to my commuter bike today before I headed off to work and it clips in very securely, but it spins. No, pushing it down further doesn't solve it. I tried it with the other straight out of the box in case it was a "one-off" problem...nope same with the new one. The miniscule lug at the bottom of the slot is nearly non-existant and in no way stops the swivel knob from rotating. I was hoping to use the SatNav function of my phone combined with using this mount on my road bike..not even going to bother fitting it now sorry

Hi there, the spring clip (e.g the one that comes with some cases) does fit with this; you don't have to use the swivel. The phone is easier to get out with this too! Great value for money

This is ideal for cyclists. You can rest assured that you wont lose your phone for the simple reason that the spring in the holder is so tight, it's a bugger to remove the phone by hand. I had the same problem as the other reviewers on here with the phone spinning. I looked for the non-swivel knob that was mentioned but couldn't find one (Do they exist?). I asked Krusell at their website for some advice but they were absolutely useless. They just directed me onto their accessories pages where I'd obviously already looked. Away from that, I sussed it out that there is an hole in the bottom of the knob and a notch on the slot in the holder. When you click the phone into the holder, if you keep it square and push it down a bit further, it clicks again and locks it into position and stops it from spinning. Apart from my grievance with the Krusell website, I can only say that their Bike Holder is a must for cyclists.

Works really well, I wasn't sure from the description what it came with but i seemed to get the bike holder which fitted well, a fixed clip that fitted the phone and to the bike holder. If you use the normal multiadapt "knob" then it tends to rotate as you ride. Anyway works a treat for me with the clip and a great service from Mobilefun. I will order another for my partner soon if that helps!

This item is fantastic. The phone will not fall out of the holder infact it takes a bit of effort to get it out yourself it also helps with the bluetooth headset i use when riding as it picks up the signal easy and makes reseption quite good as your phone is on the bars and not in a bag where signal will be blocked Only 1 thing if you buy it also get the non swivel clip as this stops the phone moving when you ride otherwise you see it swivel about and think it will drop out. It wont and i cycle 30miles a day and also do off road and i haven't lost my phone yet which is great when you think most modern phones are £300.00 plus so all in all very reasuring.
