Does exactly what it should do, protect the back of my ipad while allowing me to use my apple cover! strong and durable though gets scratched easily but hey ho, better that then the actual ipad!.

I was looking for a 'smart-cover' compatible hard back cover for my new iPad 2...this model from Krussell does exactly that job! The texture is lovely, with a slightly rubbery feel without any 'tackiness' or 'sticktion'. There's a hole cut out at the back so u can still see the apple logo. Fit is secure & safe, with or w/out smartcover in place. Couldn't think of a reason not to give it 5-stars!!

High quality item that fits the ipad 2 like a glove! can use with or without smart cover due to the detachable part. Would highly recommend!.
