I've had this phone 6months now, and I'm still not convinced if a hybrid touchtype/keypad phone is the way to go. You use the touchscreen for the menus, and the keys when typing. Good points: Calls are clear, never drops bluetooth connection in the car. Screen is quite clear for its size. Keypad is fairly big and easy to use. Bad points: Trying to pair it to another bluetooth device is not great. This phone can't find another bluetooth device even if it is sitting next to it. You always have to pair them using the other device to find the phone! The ringtones are poor, and even if you upload an mp3 as a ringtone it seems to turn it into a tinny dirge. Also the loudest volume is too loud, the one below it is too low and I've missed calls if in a busy public place because I haven't heard the phone. Touch screen can be a bit non responsive at times too. Summary: Not a bad phone, but just not as straightforward or user friendly as Nokias I have owned in the past. In fact I preferred my old phone which was a Sony Ericsson C510!
