Krusell Orbit Flex for Nokia E7

As usual with Krussel, the case is beautifully made. However, unlike the ones I've had previously (for the E51 and E71) there are some niggles I have with this one. The case has a transparent plastic film that goes under the screen and over the keyboard. This serves to both help secure the phone in the case and protect the keyboard. Sadly, it also interferes with the mechanism of the screen which prevents the screen sitting properly flat when closed. It also covers the HDMI socket. The closure clasp is tight and makes the cover press on the home button of the phone, which can cause the screen to come on (it stays locked, but uses power). This may improve as the case "beds in" and the leather eases. The leather does not go all the way along the sides and leaves the corners of the phone a bit exposed. Lastly, there are 2 pockets in the flap of the case for memory cards - but the E7 doesn't have one. Oops! All in all, a nice try, but IMHO not quite there. Hence 3 out of 5 stars.
