Suitable for the Incredible S with a Barely There
I have an Incredible S with a Barely There cover attached which fits perfectly into this case. I had a similar pouch for the Incredible which was fine for the bare phone, but adding the Barely There case made it too big to fit. With the Desire HD being so large, this case proved ideal.

amazing quality!
The quality of this case and the price you pay are truely remarkable. The case is very well made with good padding and an excellent quality natural leather that has the genuine leather smell to it. Makes the phone bulkier but then the phone is big to begin with. This is soon forgotten when you know that its a genuine htc product at a price you won't even see on well known auction sites.

Does what it says on the tin
The phone fitted nicely in the pouch. The pull tab is really useful to get the phone out. Quite a snug fit so it should not fall out accidentally. The whole thing is not too bulky. Recommended.

Exactly what I wanted
Slim cover for the HTC Desire HD Pouch - PO S550 - excellent pull tab to remove phone quickly as the case is snug fitting. Would highly recommend it.

HTC Desire HD Pouch - PO S550.
It was not easy to find the right cover for my HTC desire HD, some ofer so much protection that it is awkward to use the phone. My choice for the pouch with a clever idea that when the phone is placed into the pouch a ribbon follows it through and is magneticaly placed, it takes 2 seconds to pull the ribbon and remove the phone. This has got to be the best complete protection for a phone.

Superb Case
Well made and and very easy to take your phone out, it is quite tight at first but soon loosen up. Great service

Great!!
Protects the entire phone (including the screen) from scratches and bumps without it I would probably damaged the phone by now however it is quite difficult to hear the phone whilst its ringing.

Nice Case
Real leather which is a nice tight fit to begin with (loosens up a bit with use but not significantly). I've had it a month or so and it seems to be wearing well.
Only downside is it's not quite flexible enough to fit a flexi-shield protected phone in.

Perfect!
I've had pouches for phones before and to me they have all been a hassle so i had stopped using them about a month after i bought them but this one has just what i needed. it is a snug fit for my phone and the pull tab is perfect for the lazy man. the phone wont fall out if the pouch is upside down and unlike most other pouches it does not stretch and loosen over time. Highly recommended for you fellow HTC DHD users!

This case is fantastic little bit tight to start with but I found puting something inside it to stretch it a bit helps now my phone slides in and out easy. The pull cord is easy now to also very good quality leather for the pouch even when htc desire hd has been inside and you take it out your whole phone smells of leather so to anyone that might be put of at first dont be best case out there well done htc.

Exactly what I wanted
Perfect little leather pouch. Holds the phone snugly (seemed a little tight on first try but quickly relaxed to a suitable fit) and the ribbon pull is an ingenious addition. Simple and looks great; for the money you honestly can't go wrong.

high quality case
Its a genuine good quality HTC case made with leather. It really protects the phone and keeps it safe. It has a strap which helps you get it out of the pouch but it is still a little difficult to get it in and out of it. Its not impossibly snug though.It does feel and seem very protective. worth having to protect your phone.

This is a good pouch. I used a pouch like this for my blackberry and knew that they were sufficent. I t protects the phone. The only downside is that you cant charge it or use the headphones while its in the pouch unless you turn the phone upside down.

Happy with my choice
I like to use the phone naked", so it is nice to have a pouch rather than a permanently attached flip case or skin which detracts from the looks. Certainly does the job - fits well, easy to get out using the pull tab, although a flip case is no doubt quicker to open when taking a call.
Case itself looks good, although black ribbon and felt (or anything but white) would be an improvement.

Perfect
Purchased it based on reviews, and I am definitely not disappointed. I work in a warehouse, and it has withstood falling out of my pocket, grubby hands and everything else thrown at it! I would definitely use one of these pouches again.

Does what it should
It's a pouch. It keeps my phone safe. It has a tab for easy removal of phone. It's well made. It cost less than the one I bought for my original Desire.

Just the job
I wanted a simple unobtrusive case for my new HTC Desire HD phone and this fits the bill perfectly.
A simple slip case and tag to get the phone out quickly.

situationally good
Excellent, high quality piece of kit. Pull tab is novel and works very well, with magnet to hold loose 'handle' in place. Fit is initially tight, bit with about a week's use it moulds to the shape of the DHD. There is no set way to insert your phone, I put mine in upside-down so i can get to the headphones jack.
Although it does add a bit of bulk to the phone, it actually helps it blend in better with my pocket, and most pockets are big enough to hold it anyway. I think it would be great for women also, to protect the phone from potentially harmful items in handbags.
Would not recommend for someone who checks their phone often on the go - can be awkward to handle as it requires two hands, and you'll need to put it somewhere when using your phone on the go, before reinserting and starting all over. I think this is this case's only disadvantage.

very protective....
Good case, protects the phone from head to tail. It's initially a little stiff as people have said but after a few inserts it loosens up. Overall a nice looking, well made case with a soft inside so doesn't hurt the screen. Can be a little tiresome taking it out/inserting it everytime you want to use it, but thats always the downside to any case...

Be very careful...
I had a similar case for my E71 and bought one of these because it didn't bulk up the phone too much and was a nice tight fit. Unfortunately this was not the same for the Desire HD. After only a week the case was so loose the phone fell out as I pulled it from my pocket and fell face down completely smashing the screen.

Adds the protection in a classy way!
I wanted something to protect my desire HD but wasn't willing to get one of those bulky cases that, in my opinion, will tarnish the looks of the phone. This plain, yet elegant looking pouch was the exact thing I was looking for. It protects my phone when not in use and I've had a few compliments already about how nice the pouch looks! Highly recommended for people like me who does not want bulky cases on the phone!

Not a bad case. I bought this hoping that I could fit this phone inside whilst a silicon case covered my phone. I was wrong :( (completely my bad).
Nevertheless this case wil be my backup but seems to do it's job as described.

Good basic case
Good quality durable leather case. It's a tight fit initially, so the pull tag is useful, but as it gets used to your Desire HD it gets a lot easier, and the case moulds to the contours of the handset.

Nice .. but did the pull string need to be white?
Very good fit. Phone feels sturdy inside. Nice looking case with embossed HTC :) One thing I hated was the white string and white pull tab (on one side). Is it just me or doesn't it make sense that all this should have been black? Recommend dyeing this until HTC gives us the better looking black string.

Good but could be better
This pouch is really well made and a really good fit. I'm sure that it would provide excellent protection should it be dropped. However, there is one problem. The 3.5mm earphone jack is on the bottom of the phone and if the phone is inserted bottom first into the pouch, the actual hole is obscured by the leather which means that you can't listen to it with headphones unless you use a bluetooth connection. You could put the phone in upside down but it just doesn't seem right.
The other problem is that because it's a good fit, it then becomes difficult to hear it ring as the speaker is obscured.

a great case
The HTC case is a great choice if you're after a smart-looking and well made case to protect your Desire HD. The phone fits snugly but the small strap allows you to get the phone out easily when it's needed. All round, a fine purchase.

With limited choice of genuine HTC pouches on the high street mobilefun.co.uk came up with the goods. The pouch is brilliant, the ease of removing the phone is therapy in itself, great protection, not too bulky and very well made. A good quality accessory and extremely good value. A must for the Desire HD owner.

Nicest case I have owned.
I really love this case. I use/review a lot of phones and cases. Recently I have moved towards the "pouch" approach to protect my devices.
They give protection all around the phone, including the screen. They don't effect the appearance of your device when you are using it and doesn't add extra bulk.
What I really like about this product is the toggle pull strip which raises the phone out of the pouch. Its so simple but works so well. The quality is excellent and the little tab that you pull has a magnetic fixing to the main case to sop it hanging around.
Best phone case I have come across.

Pretty Good
Like other reviews have said its abit tight when you first get it but it loosens up nicely.
Good thickness of material all round. The case is not solid, but not just floppy material.
The pull 'string' feels pretty strong but i think after 24 months (a contract period) I recon it might get abit grimey.
Nice material inside, doest look like it will hold dirt like other case's that then scratch the phone in the long run.
Would be better if the front, if not both sides of the case had a solid or stiffer material area that would cover the screen area.

Pouch for HTC desire
A well made leather pouch. I have had cheaper pouches with other phones. They have all been very poor quality.
This pouch is of high quality leather and manufacture. Can recommend it.

Great case
A great, simple and smart looking case. It doesn't bulk up the phone like some cases and protects the screen completely. The pull tab works really well and is really well made. Well worth the purchase.

Very good quality pouch for the money, only 3 minor gripes are you can't access the headphone or USB port when its in the pouch. The pullout "chord" as soft as it is rubs the case and marks it, and its a little too short in length, the case that is. Another 5 mm would offer better protection if you drop.

Great case!
Great product, protects from keys in pockets! Also padded enough to help if you drop your phone on the floor.
It seems a bit stiff and hard to get the phone in and out to begin with but loosens up after a couple of days.

An Awesome Buy!
This product is quite brilliant. It looks very stylish and classy, feels great, the phone fits quite well, but most importantly, I LOVE the ingenious yet the simplest idea of putting a ribbon pulley to slide the phone out. Brilliant. I'd recommend to others.
