The InvisibleSHIELD Screen Protector - iPod Touch 4G gives good results and was pretty straight forward to put on to the ipod, though a little dearer than other screen protectors you can tell the quality is much better and cannot even notice its even on the ipod. Noticed good results when viewing screen on a sunny day with very good anti glare and the brightness coming through is still good. Make sure the screen is really clean before putting on though as its quick sticky when applying but thats what makes it so good, it bonds well.
