Design Flaw

The leather is nice to hold and the case is well made. The card slots are very handy for carrying notes and a magnifier (for my aging eyes). Slipping in the phone is easy. However the phone slipping out is easy too, especially if you (like me) locate it in a bag or pocket by its lanyard. Over time I expect that the phone will appear but the case will stay deep in the bag. So I've used my initiative and some left over christmas-present-tag string to slip through the cutouts to tie the phone into the case. It works well but ruins the style of a £20 leather case.

Stylish & well-made, but...

Though stylish & well-made with useful pockets for credit cards & notes, there is one obvious design weakness. Though the bottom of the case is secured by 2 straps, the top (camera end) remains open so that the phone tends to creep until the top of the phone is virtually level with the case & thus unprotected. This was made obvious when I dropped mine onto tarmac, making an obvious dent on one corner - though luckily the phone's funstions were unaffected.

Just perfect!

I purchased this cover for my husband's new Galaxy Samsung because the last two mobiles he has had he's managed to break the screen within a month ..... not this time though! He loves it and I am happy for him to use his new phone for work because it's safe and snug in it's wallet. Just perfect!

Does the job

Does the job fine, protects the phone from scratches and the leather is pleasantly soft. The only negative is the catch, which is too fiddly to fasten quickly. In this respect the Samsung version is better.

samsung leather book case

Quality of case excellent ,but the phone moved about in the case and every time I made a call it cut me off. Also awkward to use if you are left handed.

Good quality product - shame about the wait!

A lovely, great quality made product but I did have to wait weeks (!) before it arrived (and had to buy other products to protect my galaxy s in the meantime). MFun were v helpful while I was being patient!
