Having purchase replacement Galaxy batteries before I have become wary about getting batteries that say they are Samsung but aren't! This battery was a genuine Galaxy battery and performs like one. Does a lot for one's trust in the company.

Samsung Galaxy S Battery
After leaving my phone outside overnight in the rain I needed to buy a new battery for it, initially I bought what I believed to be a genuine samsung battery for a fraction of what I paid for this one. I quickly realised it was far from genuine as the battery lasted for 5-6 hours maximum no matter how often I used it. I then purchased this battery and have noticed a huge improvement. The battery easily lasts a full day. Don't accept the cheaper, poorer quality alternatives. Top quality product as ever from samsung. Well worth the asking price.

Great
Bought this after my original battery started going wonky. Product seems completely legit holds its charge (after a couple charge-drains) for around a day and a half. Really happy with it for £20.

Revived my Phone from being a piece of Junk
Had my Galaxy S stolen - bought a used replacement. It was junk - battery wouldn't last 4 hours. Tought it was the ROM or suspect Apps, spent ages trying to work it out. Bought a cheap 'no-name' battery - same problem. THEN: Bought this genuine Samsung battery - FANTASTIC. Back to 1 1/2 day usage. Brilliant.

What can I say - its a battery. It seems to be genuine and takes a charge............But for the same price look at the Samsung fold flat battery charger which includes a battery and is sold on mobilefun
