Case-mate
I was somewhat surprised to find the case is actually made of plastic. Having said that, once it was fitted, I was impressed with how it enhanced the look of my HTC Desire. I like the fact that its not over the top in terms of its metallic look. A great cover that I'm pleased to have ordered. Thanks.

Perfect!!
I have found it REALLY difficult to find a phone cover for the HTC Desire in shops, so when I saw this one online I thought I'd snap it up straight away. The cover is very classy looking, while still functional. It fits my phone perfectly and looks very attractive. I've even dropped it several times and it has protected my phone 100%. I would highly recommend this phone cover.

very nice
4 stars for me. Looks really nice and makes the buttons on the side really easy to push (not like the normal cases where you have to push hard), but only four stars because it feels really cheap. In a nutshell looks great works great but well over priced. Cost to make I reakon £0. 90p but glad I got it.

barely there case
At first I was disappointed when it first arrived as from the picture I thought it made from aliminuim not plastic and I didnt think it would give much protection so I didnt use it for about a week, in the end I though id try it out and it great! as it keeps the phone sleek and still protects, I have the invishield on the front screen which is top notch, I have dropped the phone 3 times since having this case and it just bounced and the phone is fine, im very happy with this product it and recommend it.

Perfect!
This item is absolutely great, I put the case on it, then the front screen protector and it all works great. Absolutely perfect if you want to keep your phone looking as good as new...

Fits snugly but surprisingly heavy
I ordered a Case-Mate Barely There cover for HTC Desire - Metallic Silver. It arrived and is what it says on the box - fits snugly leaving all the working parts free and looks lovely.
The Desire feels much more solid with the case in place, but also feels noticeably heavier which for some reason I had not expected.
It has only just arrived, so I can't comment on durability but so far so good.

Best case ever
Have had loads of cases, expensive & cheap,always looking for one thing. Smart to look at, hard enough to protect my htc desire without covering up the whole phone. Also the cut outs are in the right places. Now I have found it, really smart case, had lots of 'where did you get it' and admiring glances when I am using my phone the metallic silver make the phone look new. It come with the screen saver which is a added bonus. Thank you mobile fun for as usual fast delivery. But mostly thank you for the great case. Go on guys buy it, you won't be sorry.

Recommended for a sleek look
If you're after a less intrusive answer to protecting your lovely new HTC Desire, look no further than the Barely There. A perfect fit for the phone, the case drops away at top & bottom meaning you see only a flash of titanium running down the sides when it's in your hand. Perhaps there are better cases out there for people prone to accidents but there's nothing to fault with this if you want something a little sleeker.

A bit too smooth
Did what it promised - provided good protection to the phone body and looked smart. However, the smooth metallic finish was also the problem for me as it proved rather too slippery in the hand making handling of the phone a bit tricky at times and in the long run would probably cause me to drop it now and again.

Case-Mate !
I have to say, this Case-Mate really does the job. It fits perfectly and with the added screen protector my phone will look as good as new when its time for an up grade. One other thing. The Mobilefun service is A** Class. Ordered my Case-Mate yesterday and it arrived this morning!! What more can I say??

Impressed
It's a very nice cover and Im delighted with it. As others have said it doesn't protect the whole phone but I actually like that. Unless you are VERY clumsy it will certainly protect it against a fall or a small bit of general pocket abuse. It doesn't add any bulk and you are left with a protected phone but with the Desire sleek look remaining.
The screen protector that comes with it is great. I gave mine to a friend and it is absolutely fine.
The metallic cover I received was much shinier than the picture on the website lead me to believe. I was expecting a muted metallic as per the picture but it really is much more than that. It's really not a big issue at all and I imagine its hard to represent the colour with 100% accuracy on a website. If anything it's really useful to help find my phone in my bag as when the light catches it you can't miss it.
2 people I know have a HTC Desire and no cover. Both have fawned over mine. Make of that what you will.
The delivery time was excellent. Less than 24 hours. If your sceptical like I was, don't be. I ordered mid afternoon and it was through my letterbox the next day.
Well done Mobilefun. I'll be back....

Excellent early impression
I've only had this cover installed for about 5 hours, so it's early days. However, good points are an excellent fit, hardly adds any size to the phone, seems like excellent quality (time will tell). My only concern is that it leaves some of the front of the phone exposed, especially at the top. The Desire has a very soft aluminium front cover. I droped my Desire a very short distance onto tarmac and it resulted in some very unsightly scars on the fron surround, hence my purchase of a cover. This case-mate covers the majority of the phone, but not all. On a separate note, I ordered this item at 17:45 on a friday evening, and it arrived at 12:00 Saturday. Ecxellent service from both mobileFun and the post office.
