Brodit Active Holder with Tilt Swivel - Sony Ericsson Xperia X10

As the other ad's have said, this really is superb!! The fit is great and I personally removed the annoying little usb cover off my phone ages ago so its not an issue for me

I'm a big fan of these Brodit car holders. Fit like a glove and extremely well made. This one for the Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 is no different. Holds the phone well and integrated charger works great and fits the phone socket exactly. Only bit I don't like so much is that the phone slides in from the bottom of the holder (I've dropped the phone as it's sliding out a couple of times) and you have to pop the USB/charging socket open for the phone to fit properly. Minor issues though and still a great product!

Nice holder for the X10. Beats those naff looking ones that have foam to hold the phone in place. The X10 slots neatly into the holder from the bottom and the micro usb plug fits into the phone securely. This removes the chance of the the cable being pulled and breaking the usb socket on the phone. Bit pricey (thats why it gets 3 stars)but as far as I am aware the only decent X10 holder.

This has to be one of the best in car holders I have owned at present. I approached phones4u and carphone warehouse and neither could supply with with a specific holder for the handset and kept offering me universal holders which just gripped the side with foam ;-) No thanks!! The Brodit holder is great, fixes firmly to the dash and can be rotated with ease to give landscape view of the X10 screen. Handset is much easier to mount in the holder with the mini usb port than I thought. Handy having built in charger. I highly recommend you look at this product before buying elsewhere. It's worth the money...

Excellent bit of kit. I attached mine via screws to a "vent mounting kit" that I bought. Once mounted, the phone is held snugly and can be moved a few degrees left and right and also up and down. Handily, the phone can also be rotated from landscape to portrait depending on your preference for navigation etc. The curly power lad is a little obtrusive, but provides good charge to the power hungry phone. Only issue noted is that you have to line the USB port on the phone up with the captive USB plug at the top of the holder carefully, to ensure that the are aligned. Removal is a doddle, just push the phone down and it comes away !

I have a SE X10 and was looking for another good cradle for the car. The unit is good. A tight fit with the X10. You need to have the clip/mount already for the dash/over the vents. Pains - Well the SE X10 has a plastic cover over the USB charger that you have to remove and hold out of the way each time you slip it up the guides and into the power connector. Charges OK and is solid in use.
