Excellent
This is exactly what I wanted. A simple phone to use that does not have any high tech gadgetry. It does what it says on the tin, calling and texting. Thanks mobile fun.

Good solid backup phone
If you're looking for a cheap phone which is either a backup or just a simple phone with no useless extra features then this is the one to go for. It's got a great price and functions perfectly. Buy if you need a backup phone.

Perfect Backup Phone
I like to keep a cheap n cheery mobile in the boot of my car for emergencies. These basic mobile phones excel at two things over the fancy smartphones. Battery life and reception. Cars NEVER pick a strong signal area to break down in, and you don't want to be half way through giving your life story to your breakdown company (which you have to do before they even listen to your location) to have your battery go flat. Yes I have a car charger for my smartphone, but having to sit in your car to make a call (surrounding yourself in a metal cage) is no good in a weak signal area. Also not a good idea to stay in your car on a motorway. This phone gets full signal strength where my HTC Desire only gets 40% signal. This phone's battery lasts for weeks where my HTC Desire goes flat in 24 hours! Charge it up, sling it in yer boot and forget about it. Word of warning though, make sure you periodically check the charge level. Letting a Li-Ion battery go completely flat means it will never charge up again. Top marks to Mobilefun's delivery service again.

Nokia phone (review), the best phones
I have bought different makes of mobile phones but have always found Nokias easier and simpler to use. I dont like all these gadget phones, because of my age i suppose ha.

Nokia 1661
I found this mobile very compact and easy to use. The flashlight is very helpful and a life saver in case of an emergency. Considering its cheap price it is more than worth it. Thanks.

Nokia 1616
Got this phone for my Aunt who needed a new one. Naturally being a Nokia, the layout, menus and ease of use follows through on all their phones. Does not have any frills, just a basic phone which is all my Aunt wanted it to do; calls and the occasional texts. Black on grey looks stunning. Even has a little torch- great for when my Aunt gets home and can't see the locks on the door. Transferring all her numbers to the new phone was so easy too. Straight into the Nokia 1616; she was up and running in approx 12 mins. The Nokia 1616 is very stylish too. Excellent choice.

Cheap Simple Phone
A cheap simple phone that works. It has got no fancy features and as it does not do 3G the battery life is long. I used it for a week-end in France and it worked perfectly (sometimes had better signal then my iPhone).
