Snug as a bug
This Genuine Nokia silicone cover is an absolute must have for the N8. It protects the already sturdy case but provides added grip and is warm to the touch.
All functions of the 'phone remain as accessible as ever and it has a more certain grip in a car holder.
If you have an N8 you should buy one of these - protect your investment in the best camera phone.

silicone cover
My wife likes it, just a little stocking filler at christmas but has helped with the whole dropping the phone on the floor and tends to stay where its put down

Its bendy but as we know it Captain !
A very soft and pliable cover for the N8.
The cover stretches easily to go over the phone but doesn't tear easily like some cheaper copies do.
The nice thing with the Nokia original is it has raised areas, specifically for the zoom and shutter, which makes the phone easier to operate when the cover is on.

Excellent service,came within 24 hours with the first class mail what was 2.50 extra but well worth it if your in a hurry,Have had a few items previously from mobile fun and never had a problem with any of them.

Not the sexiest cover but
Not the cheapeast and a little bit of you will think should I cover my shiny new handset with this (boring black silicone cover after all) but it is exactly what a hard working handset will need. It is functional, does the job and a perfect fit as it is made for the phone.

Absolute must for n8 owners and quality you would expect from nokia. Makes the phone so much more user friendly and reduces chance of scratches and or dropping what is a very slippery phone. Slightly disapointed with amount of time it took to arrive but who knows what royal mail describe as first class these days?. Mobilefun did all that could be expected to keep me informed so all in all very satisfied.

Just the job
It does seem rather a shame to cover up the beautiful finish on the N8 but I have to agree it does make the phone a little slippery in the hand. I thought the price was a little high but the fit and finish is perfect and it looks like it is part of the phone and not an accessory. All buttons and functions still work perfectly and it protects the camera lens and the front screen if put face down as it leaves a slight gap between the glass and the surface it is put on.

Perfect fit for my new Nokia N8
This case is a perfect fit as you would expect being made by Nokia. If I have one minor criticism, it is that there are no holes on side for some of buttons. However, this does not in any way impact on using all the features, as they. all still work. I suspect Nokia have done this deliberately to get closer to a full cover. The moulding of the cover, especially that for the camera, is exceptional.

Perfect!
I bought this as I kept dropping my brand new N8. The cover is perfect - protects the phone and the phone no longer slips out of my hands. It is flexible and easy to put on the phone and the buttons are easily used, unlike the non-genuine Nokia lookalike a colleague bought.

Excellent silicone phone protector
Having recently purchased the N8 I was looking for a protective covering. The silicone protector gives a very snug fit around the phone and protects the grey aluminium cover to the phone, I am only using the screen cover that came with the n8 and this product and I have found that it gives excellent purchase to an otherwise slippy phone, thus helping it stay in my hand when removed from a pocket, preventing me dropping it on the floor. Also stops it flying out of the pocket too quickly on the "draw". Cover allows good access to all ports on the phone including camera, hdmi, usb and charger ports. Good product, I would recommend it.

Excellent Buy
Fits like a glove and provides a much improved grip. I dropped my N8 4 times the first day I had it because I couldn't get used to how slippery the metal finish was compared to other phones I have had. It really looks like it was made for the phone and compliments the style.

Nokia N8 cover
Does exactly what its supposed to do. Perfect fit, no problems at all. Makes the N8 much more robust and easier to handle. I also think it looks better with the cover on than off!

Great fit, great service
If, like me, you have quite big hands, you may have found the N8 difficult to hold. The cover was just what I was after; very grippy and with a good fit. Cut outs in all the right spots including for the second microphone on the back. Shame it spoils the look a little bit but it would look much worse if I dropped it. Genuine Nokia accessory, worth every penny.

Functional but could be a bit more rigid
I bought this item based on reviews I read about it. I had already got a cover from 'Case Mate' which I liked as it was very tough and rigid and fitted really well - apart from the camera, which the silicone one covers better. I would have liked it to be a bit firmer and rigid. The only downside is that it does seem to attract a lot of dust from pockets etc but I think it's supposed to do that anyway. Overall I like it and I would probably buy it again. I do like to buy a Branded make and Nokia seems to make good stuff.

PRODUCTS FOR THE NOKIA N8. LOOK NO FURTHER
As the new Nokia N8 is larger than the case I had for my old Nokia, also the metal finish on the N8 is slipery and easily dropped, I searched for a cover and a film for the screen. I located these products in Mobile Fun, both items seemed to be exactly what I required and having purhased them, I can say that I would recommend both to any person aquiring the Nokia N8 to invest in them, they both fit the N8 perfectly and do exactly what it states on the box.

It is worth buying the original Nokia product it fits very securely and all openings are in exactly the right place.

N8 silicone cover
Fits perfectly and feels lovely in the hand. No need to remove to charge etc as all the cutaways are there for it.
If it had some sort of screen protection it would have been 5 stars, but for the price can't complain.

Excellent case
Not previously a fan of silicon cases as they remind me of those ridiculous galloches worn over shoes in the old days to protect against the wet. This case fits like a glove however and has all the access holes in the right places. It doesn't make the phone feel any larger or heavier and it looks quite classy too. But you will need a screen protector to go with it though.
Has to be the best case out there for this phone.

An ideal tool
I recently bought this product to protect my phone from the every day abuse through chucking it about in the car and house. It fit snugly and offers good protection. I found out just how much when I dropped my phone whilst walking in the street.
It absorbed the shock well and the phone was still spotless.

Well if you like your N8 naked, don't be surprised that the vinyl cover once fitted somewhat kills it's good looks. Well designed and easy to fit but it's like a rubber shrek outfit. OK for protection thats all.

Nokia Silicone Cover CC-1005 For Nokia N8 - Black.
I have used this product for a little over two weeks. So far it has performed well, protecting my phone from elements, plus the accidental dropping that we all experience. All functions of the phone work well with the case on, so no problems as yet. The case has a comfortable feel to it, and is quite "grippy", even on cold days. I have felt the original screen protector in place, so it will safe guard against scratches. Overall I am very impressed with the case, and would recommend it to anybody who has this product.

Great cover from Mobilefun. It is a geniune Nokia cover and you know it as soon as you fit it on and feel it. It doesnt make your phone any bulkier but definetely makes it better and safer to handle.

The best silicone cover for the Nokia N8
After getting my N8 I tried a couple of cheap covers off eBay. OK they were only a couple of pounds and seemed OK until I got the proper Nokia one. It fits well and has holes in all the right places. One cover I bought blocked off the earpiece so I couldn't hear incoming calls! So save your money and buy the only cover you'll ever need.

The must have accessory for your Nokia N8
If you’ve managed to get your hands on the new Nokia N8, you would have instantaneously noticed that although its matte aluminium finish looks exquisite, it is quite slippery in the hands, and the last thing you’d want to do is drop it.
Well, unlike in the past, Nokia has created a very cool custom silicone cover for the N8, instead of some belt clip case or a glorified sock to ‘protect it’. The Nokia Silicone Cover CC-1005 is a must have accessory for your Nokia N8 and I highly recommend you get one.
