Tuff-Luv Napa Leather Case For HTC Desire - Black

The case is lovely - good leather and all that. But have and issue with the way the phone is harnessed in the case and the swivel clip. The phone is not harnessed securely - it can slip out when the case bends and twists on your hip. The clip is held together with little screw -- the threads of which give out. Hence rendering the swivel clip unusable.

Went looking for a case on the internet as none were available in the shops for the Desire. I had a dilemma between this case & the Alu leather one. So tossed a coin - very technical!! Unfortunately it landed on heads & picked the Tuff-luv Napa Leather case. The case is truly for rough & tumble with a little aesthetic charm thrown in. To protect the Desire - no cut out is provided for the lens so to use the camera it would have to be taken out of the case. A similar situation that caused me to loose a case several years ago on when taking the phone from its case & setting it down, then forgetting about it. Luckily it was just the case lost not the phone. The case seems solid though & I am sure it would do its job of protecting against a knock or two. I returned the case for a refund but suspect I will be getting the Alu Leather case next time.
