Really useful for thirsty smartphones
I've already found the Nexxus charger really useful for my Google (Samsung) NexusS. Like a lot of big-screen phones this will not hold enough charge for a long day's active use. I'm buying another of these for my wife.

Does what it says - very well
This is an attractive piece of kit which does what it says (I bought it for a HTC Desire) but also charges almost any other bit of portable kit needing a USB voltage. It is presented in a nice carry bag and is easy to carry. Recommended.

Just what I needed
I was going on a long haul flight and wanted an additional power pack for my DSI and Ipod. This did everything including charging my camera whilst out on a trip.

Good stuff
Does exactly what it says on the tin, and quickly too in the experience of my HTC phone! Small, portable, almost every socket you would need, altho missing an iPod/iPhone charger but you can use Apple's own USB charge lead for that.
A good package at a very good price!

a very usefull piece of kit.
This was a christmas present and it is brilliant, once charged up it fully charged up my phone. after that charge I recharged the device and it holds the charge untill it is needed again.Would reccomend it.

it's very useful
I don't use this product too much. But I saw it's very useful. You can charge it by your notebook, in your car lighter or by plug. And when it's takes lot of battery inside and also when you don't use for example a week the same battery still stand. It's very helpful and easy to carry.

Nexxus Power Pack Pro Portable Charging Kit.
Very happy with this item and it does what it says on the tin. I use it mainly to recharge mobile phone and MP3 player.

This piece of kit is brilliant I have an htc desire phone what eats batteries carried this charger in my jacket pocket when my battery on the phone went flat while out I put it on the new charger and put it back in my jacket pocket it charged the phone to the top and all while I was walking about not only that it can be used as an in car charger the charge indicator is very handy as well after charging my phone there was still enough charge left to charge my psp. Well recommended piece of kit.

The power pack worked the first time I used it have not had a chance to use it again. Hope it still works good has I had to wait about 3 months to get it.

Nexxus Power Pack Pro Portable Charging Kit fab pi
Charged the battery pack up in the car charger and fully charged phones, psps etc. Came in very handy as we were camping without electric hook up this year. Small enough to carry round in my little bag and kept everybody happy!!

I do like this, to have some emergency power. Comes with removable tips to charge all manner of units. It has a car charger and you can charge your device with the unit or even the wall charger. The main battery unit seems to re charge my phone once. I sure the more I use it it might do a bit more. Recommend this unit its well worth the cash.

Mixed feelings about this
Very handy product. Mine worked fine at first, but when I recently needed to top up my iPhone it wouldn't charge it. I found that the voltage from the Nexus was only 3.65V, not enough for the iPhone, so I'm returning it as faulty.
There is also a design infelicity. If you accidentally overload it, the device will cut out to protect itself. That's fair enough, but the only way to reset the trip is to connect it to a charger for a few seconds. But this is explicitly sold as an EMERGENCY charger. The whole point of it is to be able to use it when you are NOT near a power source. It really should have a reset button, or some other way to reset a trip without needing another power source.

Nicely designed little unit.
This really is a handy unit to have if you're using a smartphone a lot. Comes with a variety of connectors so it's very versatile.

Got this,delivered quickly but the first one did not work, had to send it back (but had to pay postage with on refund). The replace works great. Almost recharges my desire completely when at 14%.

Impressive performance
I charged the unit to 100% before use and on first use it charged my HTC Desire from 20% to 100% in about 2 to 3 hours which was better and quicker than I expected. Only 1/4 of the charge left so not enough for any more charging. Very good multi purpose charging system.
Ordered on a Friday, was delivered on the Saturday.

Friday afternoon model...
Used initially but on attempting to recharge, device could not be charged. Has had to be returned. Disappointing considering other positive reviews. Perhaps this is a one-off but annoying nonetheless.

Rubbish.
Bought one couple months ago. Managed to charge the device but the adapter was not charging my Nokia5800 neither did the car charger. The battery fully charged was flat after 8 days and after four full charges died.
The price not worth the trouble with sending it back but money wasted.

great product
Have had this product for 3 days now and it has worked perfectly. It manages one full charge is my HTC desire, which OS better than expected.
Delivery was next day even though the order was placed after 4 pm! Excellent service!

Great service and product
I'm amazed really I have to say! I ordered this on Friday afternoon at about 4PM and it arrived Saturday AM! That's prompt! The charger itself is a neat little pebble shaped affair with every type of connection you could ever possibly need and more besides! Yet to use it in anger, but it looks just the job for emergency backup - thanks again Mobile Fun for prompt service

Nice bit oif kit
Used it a few times now and think it's very good indeed. Absolute multitude of connecters, so will power up almost anything you can throw at it, which makes it very handy for me with my kids. Saw a comment where someone said it charged his phone in minutes??? I've got an HTC Desire and it takes a lot longer than that (probably a couple of hours or so), but it does indeed charge it up. Haven't gone from empty yet, but guessing I wouldn't get much more than a single charge for my Desire, though that's fine for what I want.
Simple to use is an understatement - Charge it up, and then when you need it just plug it in and it automatically starts and stops - Simples!!!

In principle...
Idea is good, neat style and idea is great but first one I received worked once then failed to turn on or charge. Waiting for replacement. Also would appreciate my postage being refunded from having to return faulty item, will wait and see if that happens.

Great gadget
Nice little package, plenty of connectors, have used it twice to charge and does what you want-for the price couldnt recommend it more-was going to be £12 just for a car charger for my mobile so well worth it.

Excellent kit
I'd previously used the PowerMoneky, which stopped working for no apparent reason, so was looking for a better bit of kit. This was recommended by a friend, and worked right out of the box on my HTC Touch Pro 2 phone (unlike the PowerMonkey which had to be returned to the manufacturer for a working replacement).
To say that I'm impressed is putting it mildly: This little unit has charged my phone twice with no problems off one full charge, with no messing about at all.
Heck, even the bag it comes with fits all the stuff - wall wart, in-car cigar lighter plug, adaptor tips, lead, and charger unit - VERY convenient!
HIGHLY recommended!

This does the job frist class
I bought a Power Monkey unit and found it did not come up to expertation it got very hot when I tried to charge my mobile then it only done 2 bars so I looked for something else and saw the Nexus power pack pro and what a buy it was it charged my mobile completely in minutes its great it does what it says on the box best buy this year

Beats the competition right out of the box!
I bought this to replace a PowerMonkey unit that frankly failed to measure up. The PowerMonkey had to be returned to the manufacturer before I could use it, as the output wasn't enough to trigger charging on my HTC Touch Pro 2 phone. The replacement unit lasted maybe half a dozen charges before it failed to accept charge, and died. Somewhat disgusted, I began looking for a replacement - not from PM - and found this. Out of the box, it charged my phone completely. I can't say fairer than that - it does exactly what it ways on the tin.
