Definitely the real deal
When looking for a new battery for my HTC Desire, I came across a number of suppliers seemingly offering an official battery. Experience, and many of the reviews on those sites, tells me that the batteries are often not the real deal and last nowhere near as long as they should.
This is absolutely not the case with this battery. It is identical to the original and lasts for exactly the same amount of time as the original did when I first got the phone. Well worth the extra money.

Perfect reserve Battery
I needed a second battery because the original (12 months old) was showing signs of aging (bit like me, running down too soon, but that's another story!) Checked reviews of this and liked what I read, and wasn't disappointed. The performance was significantly better than the original, giving better than one day's use with no change to settings - coupled to usual excellent delivery from MobileFun (thanks guys!). Very pleased all round. Incidentally, like many other users I was under the impression that you should run the battery right down before recharging, but apparently not - you get much better life by not waiting.
Hope this helps others as it did me!

Lifetime and daily performance
I don't know if it was caused by having to charge my htc desire overnight every night and the charging being all night that caused my battery to die in 18 months but I really hope I can get better performance and longevity this time round.

Out preforms the previous delivery spec battery
The battery is the real thing delivers what it says plus if you run a recent HTC operating system, seems the combination solves the Desires previously miserable operating life. Needs a few days hard use to get optimum performance, its a decent battery. (Still keep the old battery handy & charged the Desire is a hungry worker!)

right product at reasonable price!
Its a good replacement for my nexus one. Still provides life for an average day. Worth the money though.

Battery is fit for purpose
I bought a spare htc battery for my htc desire so that I can always carry a spare charged battery and it works as well as the one that came with the phone originally.

I need a Spare Battery
I have recently been given an HTC Desire for my phone by Vodafone. They did tell me it would use a lot of battery power. As I have done for some years now I decided to buy a spare battery. This is exactly that.
With the desk cradle it is easy to keep charged and ready for use.

HTC BA S410 Desire Battery.
I read a lot of reviews about a spare battery for my Desire and came to the conclusion that you could pay a lot more for a battery that didn't offer much more life. So I went for this one. It's apparently the same battery type that came with my phone so it gives exactly the same performance. The desire does gobble up power so a spare is a must.

HTC Desire - Original - Battery
Regretably, if you use your Desire to its full potential, load and run lots of apps, keep the WiFi alive, GPS running, and run apps like the Navigation app from Google, it will eat battery charge in a few hours - so you either hav a very long lead and keep it plugged in, or carry a spare fully charged battery to get you the day.
If you're going the spare battery route, you may be tempted to by an after market grey brand which claims to give more power storage an "Extended Life Battery" with a higher "mAh" rating, however, if youbuy a large one it will need a deeper Back Cover (to accomodate the thicker battery), and youmay not get "twice" the performance, you may screw up your phone and or your charger, and the phone will be heavier and bulkier - so think about it.
This battery is the genuine article - swapping is not too hard and it preserves your warranty.

exactly as required
The battery is exactly the same as that shipped with my Phone. Same markings on it and the charge lasts the same as the original. What more can you ask for.

HTC BA S410 Desire Battery
I purchased this as a backup for my power hungry Desire and it has been very useful. It lasts the same time as the original, so I assume it is the same.

htc battery
this battery is far to expensive and not a very long life one either.i purchased a 2600mah battery off another website for 12.99,its much bigger than the original,so comes with and extra back cover to compensate the slightly larger battery at no extra cost,and the battery life is awsome

Lasts well, just like the original
Lasts 6 hours under intense internet browsing and Googlemaps and 36 hours on standby and light use.
