Noreve Tradition A Leather Case for HTC HD2

A very good strong case with the option of a swivel belt clip if required.

I was very surprised. It is so quick and easy to use your service when buying a product from your Internet site. Looking forward to receiving my htc hd2 case and battery. I came, I bought, and I returned. Thank you Derek.

Excellent, well made leather case which fits the HD2 perfectly, with absolutely no intrusion onto the screen, a great feature. Unfortunately, the plastic belt-clip supplied with the case is, in my opinion, next to useless! Whilst it seems to attach to ones belt reasonably convincingly, it certainly does not hold the case with any degree of security. Even when new, simply sitting down on an office chair allowed the cased HD2 to be forced upwards, out of the clip, and to become detached! Dreadful! Within half a day of receiving the case and pathetic plastic clip, I had, at extra expense, ordered the separatley purchased metal clip. As I write, I have just taken delivery of the new, metal belt clip and fitted it to the case. This is an altogther better item with much more convincing attachment security. If this clip was supplied with case rather than being an expensive extra, the whole package would warrant a 5 star rating in my view.

There are three main problems with this case: 1. The belt clip fastening is not strong enough meaning if you wear the phone horizontally on your belt it slowly turns itself on the clip until it is vertical. Being such a big phone (the HD2) it then gets in your way when sitting down. 2. The charging socket on the HD2 is covered when the case is clipped closed, meaning you need to unclip the front cover when you want to charge it. 3. The clip which holds the front cover closed is a press stud/popper, not a magnet, which makes it fiddly to close. This is nothing major but it detracts from the overall score of this case. There are plenty of good points about this case (the finishing, the cut out by the speaker, the ability to use the camera with the case on) but all the above points mean this case is pretty poor, for what I want to use it.

Well finished and very stylish. Grips the phone by the edge exposing the full glass front of the HD2 without any interfering straps. The double fold flip lid allows full access to the camera without removing the phone. There is even a little metal grill over the earpiece so you can hear the phone with the lid on. Comes with a good quick release belt clip and even comes with a little screwdriver so you can add or remove the bely clip feature depending on preference. Headphones can be plugged in with case shut but charging socket is obscured when the clip is in place. still feels good in the hand despite adding to the thickness of the phone. Only minor issue is the little metal logo on the front is right above the wake up button and switches the phone on as it goes into pocket sometimes. ( Solved by storing little polishing cloth in the lid pouch that hold the lid clear). Pleasure to use, worth the expense.
