Flexishield Plus Skin for HTC Hero
Nice fit on the hero, all cut outs line up well with the phone. Like the detail in the material, kind of carbon fibre look about it. Not black though, more translucent smokey grey colour.

Great Product
Great product, does exactly what you'd expect from it. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that the one I received is more of a transparent grey colour, not a solid black as described.

Great product
The case works perfectly, the screen protector was a little hard to apply, and I ended up tossing it out, more due to my lack of dexterity than it being broken or faulty

FlexiShield Plus Skin For The HTC Hero Black
This item is superb, such a pleasure to hold! The material feels so nice in your hand and won't slip out in your pocket! I give this a 5 star but remember if you purchase this and the HTC Hero Desktop Charging Cradle this will not fit together.

Very impressed
Been looking for a nice Hero (G2 Touch) case for months, finally found the answer.
The case has a nice ruberised feel which I hope will offer protection if dropped, the screen protector attached easily (I'm usually rubbish at attaching these things) with no bubbles or marks.
The rear of the case has a subtle kind of hexagonal pattern, almost carbon fibre in apperance which looks quite cool in my opinion.
There are a couple of marks on the right of the case where it looks to have been cut from the mould somewhat haphazardly which could have been avoided but doesn't detract too much overall, especially for a case and screen protector costing only £12.
Overall I'm impressed and would recommend this case.

Neat case
The case looks really neat from the front and the rubber like texture makes it easy to hold and hard to lose grip. It adds very little bulk. My L-shaped headphone jack works fine in the headphone hole and the case has a cut out over the volume controls. The screenprotector also looks great and was relatively easy to apply with the provided cleaning cloth and a card to get rid of bubbles when applying. I expected two protective covers but only had one in the pack, however I applied it first time with no problems and it is hardly noticeable and does not change the screen sensitivity as far as I can notice. Seems a great protective case for the price. I also received the case the day after ordering, which is super fast service. Thanks Mobile Fun.co.uk

Great fit and great protection.
The case fits like a glove with accurate cut-outs for all the sockets and the volume control. It's quite thick and should provide a good bit of cushioning from minor drops.
It's not black - more of a semi-transparent grey, and has a honeycomb pattern on inside at the back. Presumably to provide protection without too much extra weight.
Screen protector didn't go on too smoothly, but that may just be down to my inexperience.

Well worth it
With a shiny new phone, I always like to get it protected quickly. The FlexiShield came highly recommended on Android forums so I went for it. The phone slips into the skin easily, but it remains secure. The left side with the large cut out for the ringer volume is a little baggier but nothing to be concerned about at this stage. The bundled screen protector won't set the world on fire - it already had light scratch marks on it and having installed it, one of the sticky tabs (used to facilitate application) left a stubborn sticky mark. For the money it does the job. Overall it's a shame to no longer have the Hero's matt surface to hold, and it adds a little more bulk than a silicone skin, but you know the FlexiShield Plus Skin will protect the Hero should you drop it.

Perfect HTC Hero case with good screen protector
I purchased this item to replace a genuine HTC silicone case. The FlexiShield Skin fits my T-Mobile G2 Touch (HTC Hero) perfectly and looks great on the phone - it is much smarter and nicer to hold than the silicone case I replaced. Out of the box the case looks very pale and decidedly non black - however once on the phone it really looks great. All keys and ports are easily accessible. The included screen protector is not one of the best I have used, but considering the price (it is effectively worth £2.54) it is more than adequate. In short it is a perfect case, and good screen protector combination for the HTC Hero/T-Mobile G2 Touch.
