Great Cover
This cover looks great on the Gray Hero from Orange.
Perfect fit and adds very little size to the phone.
Can't fault it!

FlexiSkin
This is the second skin I buy. (the other was stolen with the mobile.
This version (black) seems to be better then the transparent one, wich gets dirty yellow in no time. We'll see. Also, this skin is nicer, with those triangles effect.

An Improvement
Just received my black Flexishield for my HTC Hero/T-Mobile G2 Touch. I purchased it to replace the original solid black Flexishield I've been using for almost a year which is now rather tired and scarred.
It's a little different to the original, and an improvement in my eyes. The back is now completely flat, whereas previsouly it had raised edges around the camera and speaker openings, so it sits better when lying on my desk. Also, the volume rocker is not covered as it was previsouly, so that's easier to use.
Fit is now perfect, and the finish is generally better than before. Although mine has a slightly ugly patch where the mould injection was, right beside the volume rocker opening, but I can live with that.

A really good product
I was at first very reluctant to put my beautiful Hero in a cover, but once I had placed the phone inside the FlexiShield, I changed my mind. It fits very good and makes the phone easier to handle. For instance, it makes the Hero less slippery in my hand, but it still slides into my pocket as easily as it should. I haven't yet dropped it, but the cover feels soft and elastic while at the same time being hard and durable.
There are a few minuses, though: The first I noticed was that my cover was slightly skew, which means that it doesn't fit as snugly as I'd wish. The second one is that the two holes for charger and earphone plugs are a bit too small, which demanded a few seconds work with a knife. The third minus is that my clear FlexiShield has become seriously discolored by my blue jeans. It is now a blueish hue all around and an accented blue around the edges (actually I can't decide whether this looks cool or just cheap, but I don't think it should discolor quite so easily).
To summarize: This is a great product and definitely offers good value and clever design for this price.

A good cover
I was impressed by the very quick supply of my Flexishield cover for my HTC Hero. It basically does what it says on the tin. It fits well and feels nice in the hand. A screen cover is of course essential to complete the protection. Other reviewers have made mention of a slight loss of signal when using the cover. I'm not sure myself, there may be, but if so I don't think it is very noticeable. Overall I am quite happy with the cover, it appears a much better material than silicon or crystal case. It may just be a bit expensive for what it is, although I would certainly recommend it.

flexishield skin for htc hero
Beautiful case. very easy to apply to phone, and with the addition of a screen protector, offers very good protection for the htc hero.

Probably the best case
I'm not really used to have a case for my phone.. it changes the shape, the feeling etc.. So i wasn't really confident in the idea to have one..
But after several days of use, i would say that the flexishield is the best case i could have.. because it perfectly fits the phone, the touch is also very pleasant..and now i'm used to see my hero with it.
My phone fell down yesterday.. It was on my jacket and when i went out of my car, i took my jacket..and i heard that sound.. ahhhh !!! Fortunately, the flexishield perfectly protected it, my hero is safe :)
SO YES !! This is a good case

Good case at a good price
Nice case with a reassuringly snug fit. The flexible plastic feels quite chunky when it's off the phone, but surprisingly hardly seems to add any bulk. I get the feeling it would protect the majority of the phone (with the exception of the screen, of course) pretty well in one of those horrifying falls from pocket to pavement - not that I hope to find out! As James said the cutout around the headphone jack can be a little restrictive for wider jacks, but I don't see it as anything a sharp Stanley knife or appropriately sized drill bit wouldn't resolve.

Fantastic product
I'm really impressed with this product, the colour (for the Orange Graphite) compliments the phone and the feel is great. The mould is snug with a suitable amount of depth for shock protection. Quick delivery so chuffed.

Great!
I am very pleased with this. It's nice and solid, but not too thick, and has a good feeling in the hand. Easy to fit and does the job exactly right.

nice case
Cover really nice as stated in other reviews, but has hole where volume buttons are which I was not expecting (online reviews on other sites said it was covered, which I would prefer). Some prefer hole I would guess.

Be careful of Hero skin
Maybe i'm unlucky but my flexishield skin left black marks on the back and around the edges of Hero after only 1 day of use.It might have reacted with the Special coating some of the Heros come with?
I have since persevered with the skin and found no further marks on my phone which makes me doubt my own earlier complaint.As previous reviewers have said,in terms of protecting from bumps and scratches,it works very well.I now am not sure what caused the marks mentioned in my previous post.

Not bad..
..but a little on the cheap-side. That said, for a tenner this is a great little case; fits easily, and appears to be made out of fairly robust flexible transparent plastic.
Slightly different from the pictures or the video review of this case online in that this does not cover the volume buttons and the pattern in the plastic is different (a more gem-like diamond pattern inside the case on the back), and a slightly darker, bluer, less brown hue.
The only problem I have with the case is that with a wide headphone jack, the material of the case prevents the headphone from fully connecting to the headphone port, but with a narrower headphone jack surround such as the surround on most slimline / inear headphones this most likely wouldn't be a problem, as the hole in the case leaves about 2mm clear around the headphone jack hole.

The perfect fitt.
Works perfectly for HTC Hero both in form and color.
The only negative is that the finish is not perfect.

Great protection
This works really well protecting the Hero from scratches and minor bumps. It also makes the phone more comfortable to hold for those of us with big hands. It also makes the phone less "slippery".

top notch
this case is the bees knees. The phone is still pretty slim when this case is on, unlike others. The other good thing about this is the material, its smooth. So it slides in and out of your pocket very easy.
