Great case ,but.
A great case and a perfect fit. The only problem is the hole for the charger/usb lead is not big enough so the lead won,t go all the way in. I tried to open up the hole but its tough stuff. It ended up looking pretty rough. I should have sent it back for a replacment.

Fits like a glove!!
Fits like a glove and all the openings are exactly where they should be.No more slipping from my sweaty palms!! A "must have" protection for my beloved Hero!!

Very satisfied
I first tried a transparant ZAGG-cover. This cover made my phone look awfull, since there are little slips in the cover and the edges of those slips get dirty almost immediately. This cover is great! It gives the phone also a more robuust feel so you really feel your phone is protected.

Needed something to protect the phone when I drop it. Good fit to phone with all sockets, camera lens etc still accessible/clear. Exactly what I was looking for.

Can't Knock it.
Simple and effective. Fits the Hero (and possibly the new Legend) like a glove. Holes are in the right places. Only protects the sides and back though, but hey, you can't knock it at this price.

Flexishield Skin (HTC Hero)
Fits the Hero well, feels good in the hand and seems robust enough to protect the casing from most minor knocks. And it stops the handset slipping on a Desk Genie. Marked down to 4 stars due to rough edges on the plastic around the volume rocker cut out, and I am concerned the skin edges around the screen might lift my screen protector in time. Overall though, a good buy.

Good protection
This shield for the Hero works well and looks subtle unlike many others out there. Essential if like me you put your Hero in a pocket full of coins and keys. The shield is molded with holes to allow access to all the buttons/camera etc well. Only downside I found and why i'm giving 4 stars is that the shield has to be removed before putting the phone into any cradle/docking station (even tho it takes mere seconds to apply/remove it).

One slight niggle
Great product delivered really quickly. Hassle free ordering. Only problem though was the screen protector that came with the case was already scratched and dirty rendering it useless. You may want to consider adding extra screen protectors to your order if buying this product.

Good Choice.
It´s a very nice case for the htc hero, the size fit perfectly the phone, the only problem i see, is the signal strength, it's lower when the case is used, and when you put the charger or headphones, you have to press a little bit, because the holes are smaller. Bought from Spain and no problem, it takes 5 days.

Fits like a glove!
Received today, great service Mobile Fun! Fits my Hero like a glove and doesn't make it feel any bulkier. Am very happy with it and would definatley recommend skin and this web site.

Great case - strange side-effects
The fit of this HTC Hero case is fantastic. It is just the right size and fits snugly around your phone while the holes for the headphone socket, loudspeaker, usb port and lanyard hole are in exactly the right place.
Some words of warning:
1. The hole for the camera is almost right but due to its tapered shape and off-center position it makes the top and bottom of the photo blurry.
2. When the case I have was on the phone I kept having problems with dropped data connection and wasn't able to recover. Now that I've removed the case I've had zero problems with data.
3. Using the onscreen keyboard is impaired when the case is on the phone at least with my fingers which I assume are normal sized. The edge of the case doesn't allow for all of your finger to hit the right most keys in full but instead only getting its left side which means that hitting the 'P' 'L' and 'Backspace' keys often results in the phone interpreting your input as 'O' 'K' or 'M'

The best phone cover I've ever had
After getting my Hero I was really worried I would wreck it, but after having silicone/rubber cases for phones and ipods before I didnt want to get another badly fitting, dust and lint magnet. Usually the only other option is one of the hard crystal cases which usually add loads of bulk to the phone, which I hate.
After getting this case though I have to say that it is the perfect solution.
It has a nice snug fit like a rubber case but without that nasty rubber feel to it. Before it is fitted to the phone its flexible but once on its like a hard case without the bulk.
The case fits perfectly over the phone with no baggy or loose parts and lines up perfectly with the holes for the camera, headphone socket and usb port.
This case is hands down the best out there for the Hero.

Superb - the only case to get for the Hero
Fantastic fitting subtle case - worth every penny. Had many silicone type cases before but none as good as this

Perfect.
Tried other cases / sleeves for the hero and then saw this. It's exactly what i was looking for. The phone still looks great but feels very secure. pair this up with a screen protector and your all set. Great Stuff
