Good product but has its faults

This is the second one I have bought. Firstly the product is very good, it has a great feel and fits snuggly onto the phone. I actually like having the cover fitted to the phone. However it does have its weak points. The front cover of the first one I had split just by the usb/charger port which is why I bought a second one. And its also not perfect on the touchstone charger. Although it will work you have to find the 'sweet' spot which can take bit of time.

Nice but flawed

It is a very thin case and looks the part however it never worked properly on the touchstone for me. Case off and it was fine. Also one of the tabs that hold the case in place has snapped off after just 3 months of use and I certainly don't throw the phone around. The touchstone I could live with as the touchstones seem temperamental at the best of times but a case shouldn't start to break after 3 months. A real shame as it was a great case up until that point.

Very Good Indeed

Very well made, clips to the pre perfectly and is nice snug fit, it does work with the Touchstone charging dock however I did find that it didn’t magnetically stick as well and I had to sometimes reposition to get it to charge. The case is made of the same stuff and feel as the back panel you get for the Touchstone charging dock so at the very least if you don’t want to use the back part the clip for round the front to protect the edges is well worth the purchase and as its made of the same stuff goes very well. I am overall very pleased with this excellent quality case and I personally use the whole thing, I don’t mind at all that I need to take a little care when placing on the charging dock, it does not make for a problem at all and of course if you don’t have the charging dock then it would not be an issue for you.

great product

With the Seidio case the Palm Pre feels very nice and solid in the hand. My Palm Pre had a slight swivel which went soon as i installed the case. It doesn't add that much weight to the Pre and it works nicely with the touchstone charger.

Amazing Case

I got my case today, it fits so well, covers all the important parts whilst leaving the essentials easy to access. So well designed and aesthetically pleasing. A must for someone with a Pre. Please note I have not checked this with Touchstone charging as I do not have one...
