Good product
Genuine HTC, you get what you pay for..secure hold on the mobile and very secure anchor to the windscreen.. gooseneck takes quite a bit of bending into the right position for you, but once there its dead solid perfect..

Flimsy
Very flimsy, hard to get to stick to the windscreen and then it broke. Would not recommend.

Don't buy it!
The design of the product is bad. While sliding the HTC Hero inside the support, the phone gets scratched on the sides.
