Useless-Avoid
I have always liked Motorola bluetooth headsets as I always found the flip on and off function of the H710 and it's predecessors and the overall good sound quality. I use a head set for my work as I often have to talk on the phone while using my hands. So when my current headset needed replacing, I thought I would try the new top of the range HX1. Big mistake! This piece of kit is so poorly designed and shabbily constructed you would think it had come out of a Christmas cracker. Among the many problems I have had are the following: Uncomfortable to wear. Does not fit on the ear properly. As it does not fit, the sensor that is supposed to regulate the volume does not work, meaning that you can be wearing the headset and receive a call but you can’t hear anything as the headset has moved away and the sensor cuts the sound. Keeps disconnecting from my Nokia N86 8MP (also useless) Ear clip is already showing signs of splitting, after just two weeks. Have to keep adjusting ear position while on the phone to hear the other person. The HX1 is a complete waste of money. I have gone back to my old H170 and will have to buy another headset in the near future. Do yourself a favour and stay well clear of this piece of rubbish. If Motorola are selling this as their top of the range headset it is easy to see why they have lost market share. Kelvin Young

HX1
Just received this item and already love it, its everything it says it is and more. The only problem I had was that it contained an American charger plug, but thanks to the marvelous Customer Service of MobileFun an adapter to convert this - Thank You to MobileFun
