Impractical / Waste of Money
Noise cancelling is great, comfy to wear, but useless. When a phone call comes in the tone through the earpiece is very soft, and only once every 5 seconds. Any background noise and you miss the call (I have excellent hearing). I have to have the phone where I can see it all of the time and rely on the phone ringing tone - not the headset, which defeats 50% of the object of having the headset. Very disapointing for a very expensive headset.
